Return Policy

Before returning a Glassforest product, please take a moment to understand our handcrafted process. Each of our products is hand block printed by traditional artisans using natural dyes, making every piece unique with slight variations. These irregularities are a result of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

All orders undergo strict quality checks before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged product, please notify us at orders@glass-forest.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Processing within India takes 1-2 working days, with shipping requiring an additional 4-5 working days.
We do not offer refunds and only accept exchanges for damaged products.
Exchanges are only valid if reported within 24 hours via email.
Exchange is permitted once and must be for products of equal or higher value.
No returns or exchanges are allowed for discounted or sale products.
Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
For exchanges, a Rs.250 fee applies for reverse pickup and shipping of the new item.
Parcels sent without prior email notification will not be accepted.
