RETURN Policy 

Before returning a Glassforest product, please take a moment to understand our handcrafted process. Each of our products is hand block printed by traditional artisans using natural dyes, making every piece unique with slight variations. These irregularities are a result of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

All orders undergo strict quality checks before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged product, please notify us at orders@glass-forest.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Processing within India takes 1-2 working days, with shipping requiring an additional 4-5 working days.
All purchases are final, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 24 hours of delivery with relevant photographs, and our team will assist you.
No returns or exchanges are allowed for discounted or sale products.
Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
