Shipping Policy

2.1 Most orders are delivered within 4-7 business days. Monday to Friday are considered as business days except for public holidays.
2.2 Delays in delivery can occasionally happen around public holidays or because of unforeseen circumstances, but we do our best to ensure timely deliveries to all our customers.
2.3 Orders once confirmed, cannot be cancelled.
2.4 Orders are delivered through our registered courier partners.
2.5 Head over to ‘My Orders’ to track your shipping details and package. You can also use the tracking number on the shipping agency’s website. We will drop in a mail with the details shortly after your order is placed.
2.6 Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill Number (AWB no.) and our courier partner name are sent to you via text message/email. Please visit the courier partner's website and enter the AWB number in the relevant form to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery.

2.8 We are available Monday to Saturday from 11:30 AM to 5:30 PM IST
2.9 Our delivery partners will take up to two attempts to deliver your package. In case of no response from the customer, it will return to us and your order will stand cancelled, and in case No reimbursements will be made.
2.10 Please make sure you provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.
2.11 For shipping to India, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including MasterCard, Visa & American Express) and have Net Banking options across major banks and Wallets.
