Glass Forest's The Canopy is inspired by the layered architecture of tropical forests, where repetition is not merely a visual pattern but the very language through which nature builds. Leaves branch into clusters, clusters become crowns, and countless recurring forms come together to create a landscape that feels both expansive and harmonious.

At the heart of The Canopy lies the design principle of repetition. Hand-blown glass petals, luminous blossoms and delicate botanical forms are repeated across an intricate network of sculptural brass branches. Each motif returns with subtle shifts in scale, colour and translucency, creating rhythm without uniformity. The result is a composition that feels organic—structured by pattern, yet softened by variation.

As light travels through the layered glass, the installation reveals depth from every angle. Familiar forms emerge, disappear and reappear, much like sunlight filtering through overlapping foliage in a dense tropical canopy.
